About Me

I specialise in Digital Skills training, Digital Accessibility, and Digital Accessibility Transformation. My work focuses on creating inclusive, efficient digital environments where every employee and every service user can thrive.

With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, I support organisations to improve accessibility for staff with Dyslexia, neurodiversity, hearing differences, and other access needs. I design and deliver best‑practice digital accessibility training, influence accessibility policy, and implement practical solutions using Microsoft 365 and a range of modern digital tools.

I also work closely with Occupational Health teams, providing tailored digital accessibility recommendations for staff experiencing digital difficulties in the workplace. This includes one‑to‑one support, solution design, and collaboration with organisations to ensure digital tools genuinely meet individual needs. 

Additionally, I help organisations improve the accessibility of the digital services they deliver to their clients and service users.
